The tender for Avenue South Residence site @ Silat Avenue has closed after receiving a winning bid of $1.035b from Singapore listed UOL Group and other two companies, Kheng Leong Company and United Industrial Corp. The companies are expected to undertake joint development of Avenue South Residence through a co-owned company. UOL will hold 50% of the property while the remaining half is shared between its sister companies with UIC taking 30% and KLC taking 20%.

The price of Avenue South Residence translates to $1,138 psf per plot ratio. According to Colliers International, the residential property is expected to receive an estimated breakeven of $1,600 psf ppr, with the selling price anticipated to range between $1,800 and $1,900 psf.
